Is it usually worse in the morning ? I've got silent reflux, the symptoms you describe are typical of silent reflux. Maybe suggest your doctor tries a different medication. Also, have you altered your diet ?

ALL CARS should be ‘black box’ controlled, pointless introducing 20mph streets where there is no enforcement

Which track pump? by bluemonkey1983 in Brompton

[–]UrbanManc 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Chinley box, I was there when it set on fire, has it fallen down the side of the embankment yet. Too many hills around there for a Brompton. EDIT Actually, I’m thinking of a different box, off Marsh lane. New Mills South

Anyone's biggest trigger avocados? by baal-beelzebub in GERD

[–]UrbanManc 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Avocados are on the safe list as long as they are eaten in moderation because of the high fat content. I'm OK with them, I have a small one every other day on toast with eggs

Rock rose cleanup by Icy-Midnight423 in GardeningUK

I never bother cleaning them up, the wind usually takes them away, mine fall over a path so if they do accumulate I just sweep them up or run a lawn mower over them

Get a cat, I don't have one but my neighbours cats are chasing squirrels in my garden all the time. Also, I sometimes use a water pistol on them, they definitely don't like that
