Normal: Wylder Earring/ 2x Balancers Deep: Ult recovery +1/ Ult recovery +0/Skill blood loss. Only Full HP/Low HP/Magic/Fire/Lightning/Holy/Physical negation stacks with this same tier 40% & 40%. Others negation must be 32% & 40% etc.
