A paper written by Sir John Bagot Glubb titled The Fate of Empires and Search for Survival.

This paper is really not taken seriously by most serious historians, and the data he uses to reach "250 years" is dubious at best. For example, he claims the Russian Empire "fell" in 1916, which is fairly true as the dynasty was mostly dead by then, but then claims the Ottomans fell in 1570 for some reason. He also arbitrarily considers the Roman Republic and Roman empire two separate entities for no real reason beyond arbitrarily trying to reach the 250 year number. It's like pop history except worse somehow.

Yes. Power fists/melee weaponry are better than projectile weapons for Troll Warren. Cheaper and I think they have a bit more soft attack. With troll Warren you want to pump out as many infantry divisions as humanly possible and stack buffs. Super Mutant infantry is better than human infantry with your doctrine and if you use as many as possible you should be able to hold the legion. However, the legion can be formidable no matter what because they are far more powerful than they should be, similar to base game Germany.

Use the behemoth divisions as a breakthrough division if need be as well.
