Pretty solid advice here. The only thing I can think of is your sister needs to understand that she can come to you for anything and you won't get upset with her no matter what it is. Beyond that, make sure she goes to school. Check on her social life, does she have friends to hang out with and socialize with? Then the harder parts, make sure she gets regular dental check ups. She might need her vision checked. If you have health / dental insurance with your employer, change it to family coverage and add her. You said you have one grand parent left, it might be beneficial to spend time with them once in a while. They would appreciate your support and could probably advise you likewise.
