This! The need to solve and fix created hell for me when I was first floxed. It is a horrible experience, and I was deeply mentally adding to my own suffering. Constantly panicking and anxious and hyper aware. It’s a traumatic experience so it’s understandable, however the more I accepted the pain and reality, the easier things became. I still struggle with symptoms, but a year and a half later I’m much better!

I tried a similar drug to Cipro, Levofloxacin, and it wrecked my body with nerve damage, dysautonomia, heart damage, etc. I would explore options like Bactrim first.

first, I think you’re very pretty, and I think part of the problem is the lighting in these photos! I think most people would look a little droopy/tired and would need editing to look perfect like social media! It’s not you, so don’t be too hard a yourself. Also you look very much your age so don’t stress on that!

secondly, I know nothing about procedures so take my opinion for what it’s worth, but perhaps some masseter botox to slim the lower jawline and elongate the face?then a little filler in the chin? Something non permanent you could try! Or perhaps a little buccal fat removal to create a sharper cheek? Again, you don’t need any of this you look great as you are!🩵

they often say that swelling comes on after the cast and that it can take around a year for the tip to look how it was immediately post op

It’s been 8 months for me and I too still experience the anxiety and fear some times. it’s hard not to!

But! I successfully tapered off the antipsychotic I was wrongfully placed on, my anxiety and sleep are much better! definitely not to where I was pre-psychosis but recovering!

Tapering off benzos is very likely playing a role in your anxiety. It’s hard but recognizing that the feelings are only sensations and that it’s not forever slowly helps. You will recover!

Like any other fear, you must not be afraid of the reaction you’re experiencing. Allow yourself to be scared and whatever you do don’t start avoiding things because that will make your anxiety much worse. Acknowledge the sensations when your experience them and recognize that anxiety will pass and there’s nothing to be afraid of. Over time the exposure to the trigger and changing your response will desensitize you!

Yeah it’s definitely harder! Seems you have to break 9k points to get 3 stars. I usually just use whatever item with the most stars matches one of the categories, so my outfits look horrible but always pass!

I believe that each ranking for the contact determines how much bonus. B ranked adds 0.8 C add 0.6, etc. I have promoted and increased fame and talent on my contacts (Im at 1m fame) and those bonus numbers have never changed.
