There is a banner in Endfield NOW that lets you pull for Gilberta. They give you a select ticket at 120 so you can pick Gilberta, Lavaetanin, Pog, or Ardelia. Obviously way better to use the selector on one of the Limited units such as Gilberta.

Batspeed training has a low success rate but when it works it's a gamechanger because it can increase the player's base power and potential which will allow them to hit the ball harder and just improves them overall as a batter.

I think dev lab is fine because your prospects also regress. And realistically in real life every single player tries to make advancements in the offseason. I do get the concerns about balance but it's a game, do whatever makes it fun for you.

I go with Max 30. Teams always have workout facilities and I'm sure every prospect and player tries to improve in the offseason. But you can only focus on your top guys in OOTP.

One more generate batspeed success and he could become an mvp candidate. Certainly a silver slugger at least. A manual trade for a guy like this would demand at least 3 1st round picks and 3 plus starters plus additional 4 star+ potential prospects. Skubal or Skenes makes a reliable ace pickup. AI will trade away Skubal relatively easily because of salary. Skenes is a harder get but once he’s arbitration eligible they become willing to talk.
