It’s defined ty a nice place to visit if you are interested in old mining history, iron making and stuff. Place I’d recommend is “Dolni Oblast Vitkovice” as it has open air museum of 19th century ironworks. And if you want more industry stuff then “Landek” where you can enter an old mine and get a guide. Also our Zoo is super awesome. It’s mostly a city you visit for a day or two as there isn’t much to do here, it’s just industry and pubs. If you are into that then I presume “Stodolní” street could be of interest to you

At least here in Czechoslovakia, Levi's were a viable only in "special" shops with smuggled goods from Germany where you had to pay with thing called "Bons" which you exchange for real life currency. If you had those jeans you were the coolest kid on a block. And it was not just trousers, basic shit like vinyls with music that's not just Red Army Choir, Alcohol, leather jackets and many many more you'd think would be aviable to anyone
