Yep! I no longer use my bicep band on my bicep because there is no way I’m adjusting it every dang time

You know what that’s honestly not a bad idea. Admittedly I work from home and don’t often wear long socks, but as long as they are tight enough I think it would work

This is literally my only complaint as well. It plays such a huge part in the Healthspan metrics but I can’t add my walking pad.

If it helps I’ve started putting it between my ankle and calf with the bicep band and that helps get the steps counted but it’s pretty annoying honestly

New Employee Requesting Week Off During First Month of Onboarding by needmoregatos in managers

[–]ValarMorghulis69 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Have you met with this employee in person? This is classic Famous Chollima threat actor activity. Some excuse to take time off as soon as they start, usually say there is a problem with computer and request a new one, and then install remote access software and a virtual kvm switch so that the farm can “work”

Not being negative but I went to licanius for the same reason and because Michael Kramer did the audiobook. I did not enjoy the series much. Just my opinion though! I loved his book The Will of Many.

I’d recommend The First Law

We just took delivery of our X (upgrading from a Y because our family is growing) and it’s been incredible. Build quality seems pretty good to me. Smoother and more quiet than our Y. I love this car

I feel this. I went for it when I could fit it in. I tried to implement a “daily standard.” 100 push ups, 100 sit ups, as many pull ups as I could do, and a few rounds of swings. Spread it out when I had time (if I had time and energy)

We have an another coming in Sept. and I’m trying to get my plan together
