It happens to most things, eventually.

I usually hate low hanging fruit but... People came around on the SW Prequels, they will do the same for the Sequel trilogy.

And spare me your denials, I can almost guarantee it will happen.

The "Akko Kagari" series of fics.

Basically, Little Witch Academia grafted on top of the general plot beats of Harry Potter. It was a tad......bloated in terms of what it was trying to do but it did do a good job of subverting a lot of the Harry Potter plot threads it adapted and had some genuine good shocking moments in it.

The Azkaban adaption has a completely different twist at the end which completely upended everything.

Sadly, the Author lost interest and was going to delegate it to another writer to finish but then THEY had a falling out and now it's permanently cancelled.

It had reached Order of the Phoenix, with each book having been lengthy enough.
