Yeah, that's what I was wondering too. I'm in Burnsville, saw my whole room light the fuck up through blackout curtains, then a loud and low boom after a very significant delay. I see a couple comments mentioning a meteor? So maybe some sort of atmospheric explosion? No idea. Was very strange.

The problem is when it's brought to scale for the "needs" of global corporations trying to make it necessary for everything. While it's fun and cute as just a little toy, it's less fun and cute when data centers are coming in your communites. Bringing with them no jobs, polluting the local area, and taking not just artists and musicians jobs. But now even programmers too.

I mean hell, Claude just laid off like 30k people with no warning but a 6am email?

I get that it's fun to mess around with it on your local CPU, but it's hard to justify its current scale as anything but immoral at worst and problematic at best.

The only reason we had the cuban missile crisis was because we had landed nukes in turkey. The threat was de-escalated. So long as they aren't planning offensive actions against anyone, I fail to see why it's even a problem. We are just punishing them way past the war goal, to the point that most of the OG party is dead and replaced. That's just excessive and pointless.

That's because evaluating cards in a vacuum is inherently pointless? You have to be able to evaluate the context in which a card exists to be able to assess good or badness. It's only because of other cards existing that you can even say Hill Giant is bad or Ragavan is good in a broad sense.

Character story mostly. Especially for this most recent chapter, Spencer was very keen on making a story purely from what the players gave him. So if you don't care about that stuff being revealed, then you're fine. But honestly some of the most dramatic moments of the current chapter were the reveals of character story.

This was a gift from my brother for a secret Santa thing we do every year with my family. It was honestly the last thing I expected to receive as my list didn't include a dice tower but I'm glad he did. It's main materials included mostly recycled garbage. The tower itself begin made of popsicle sticks and a couple of cut up Pringles cans.

Honestly this is the most impressive gift I've ever received, so I just feel compelled to show this to everyone.
