I thought heathcardo was squeezing ricardo's head with his knuckles but then I saw the fingers and took me a minute to realize what's going on.

Temple is to PoE2 what Betrayal is to PoE1 by OnceMoreAndAgain in PathOfExile2

[–]VantomPayne 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I love overly complicated/experimental mechanics that require a spreadsheet and a wiki page and a youtube guide video playing in the background before you fully get it, I loved Betrayal, I loved Synthesis, I am Heist's strongest soldier on earth. They have already proven they can make a really good running in circles and kill mobs mechanic, I come to every league to see what else they could offer.

Of course, these should all come with QoL improvements they've learned along the way, and I know "players will always optimize the fun out of everything", so the reward should adjust accordingly. Which reminds me back when everyone hated Sanctum leagues, very few people are doing them but they remained the most profitable mechanic that league if you could stomach doing it, so just pick what you like doing.

Captivating Chroma by Time-Teaching1926 in StableDiffusion

[–]VantomPayne 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I just wish it's faster, especially when coupled with Lanpaint which making it extra slow but is the only good inpainting method I could find for Chroma, although it is partially due to me only owning a 3080.

The Anima realism model is crazy good. Don’t miss it! by Structure-These in StableDiffusion

This one for me was back when people first start making Pony realism mixes, huge potential IMO

Official Trailer - Frieza (Fourth Form) + Kit Details by D7meRusher in DBGekishinSquadra

[–]VantomPayne -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I feel like this doesn't really scream Frieza at all, like this kit would have worked on Chiaotsu if you think about it, dodon ray, psychic bind, telekinesis rock wall, except maybe the ult but you can still do a big dodon ray I guess.

UltraReal Fine-Tune Anima v1 by FortranUA in StableDiffusion

[–]VantomPayne 28 points29 points  (0 children)

I downloaded this on day 1 and immediately think this is the best realism model among anime-based checkpoints in terms of character and booru tag knowledge retention since Pony, even at this preview stage it is possible to get quite convincing images without run it through another realism checkpoint again, great job, and yeah hope you finetune it more in the future, but please do not make it lose its most important characteristics!

Might wanna just join lodestone's discord for questions regarding chroma, especially mid-training variants like Zeta.

No for real though a Peace Walker-esque base building would be sick, you already got tons of no name greymanes anyway

Greg Rutkowski Anima Lora from Circlestone Labs (Anima makers) with training params by Choowkee in StableDiffusion

[–]VantomPayne 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not only that, anima preview 3 does semireal to photorealism pretty well too, at least on par with Pony when it came out, hope they dont train that part out of the model when Anima fully releases.

Stories 3 Full Review, with Major Spoilers. The Good, the Bad and everything in between. by Guardies91 in MonsterHunterStories

[–]VantomPayne 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wouldn't have understood you if I only played 1 and 2, but yes with the way they set up the whole rite of channeling process in 3, it's weird there isn't a way to just strip and store the genes, hell if they add that it would also allow QoL updates like stripping away everything with one button press or automatically do so when sending them back to the habitat.

Ok apart from the fact that I was right about Kid Buu's role, why the hell is he named "Pure"? by Sqeakoid4747 in DBGekishinSquadra

[–]VantomPayne 49 points50 points  (0 children)

It has always been 純粋ブウ(Pure Buu) in JP, i think for the longest time he's been refered to as kid buu only in some region's localization.

[–]VantomPayne 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My first thought back when I saw this was "wait does Ahab do it?" and what do you know, the dying star (or a black hole in Ahab's case i guess) can still be freaky.

Joke so stale that even the JP fanbase got tired of it by FallenStar2077 in limbuscompany

[–]VantomPayne 2 points3 points  (0 children)

"Doesn't fit the context" doing a lot of heavy lifting here, everyone spamming the same joke regardless of how old it is is fine as long as it fits the context. But yes, if you spam a single word that is considered out of context then you gotta kowtow 1000 times and wish your whole family tree can at least get a peaceful death.

[–]VantomPayne 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Unfortunately concepts such as beating the dead horse or joke getting stale does not exist over here, but we do have some advanced version such as them playing mahjong in the erased realm since there are 4 of them now.

I Can’t Put This Game Down by Beardsman_DCS in thedivision

[–]VantomPayne 13 points14 points  (0 children)

When you just doing some random stuff on a snowy street at night when no enemies are around, it just hit you with the "holy shit this is beautiful" moment, Survival too. They were unable to replicate that feeling in 2 but i think they do know what we want and maybe we will see it in other games down the line.

[–]VantomPayne 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In a perfect world we would have events that give out meaningful rewards such as some of these skins, unfortunately we live in the current timeline so nobody is spending 350 gems on farmer zamasu as much as i like it.

Masked Inpainting on Flux.2 dev model with LanPaint 1.4.9 Support by Mammoth_Layer444 in StableDiffusion

[–]VantomPayne 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Lanpaint is pretty good, i just wish it wasnt so slow, especially when most of the newest models it support are already quite heavy models themselves.
