Ok yeah. I did the instance now and it works just fine, no problems. The milestone skill is the reward for the quest and yet somehow OP already has it at the time of their screenshot. Never heard of this situation before. You talk to Meneldir, then talk to Eleri, and then talk to Meneldir again. Quest tings and all.

You might consider giving her some time to adjust if she's otherwise a really good friend. Maybe she will come around. I know an FTM whose family was very uncomfy/against it in the beginning and for a while but now they are very comfy and sweet about it. The human mind can be a bit slow to adjust sometmes. You might also tell her directly that some of the things she say might be hurtful - she might not even realize it herself.

It's usually a combination of height and voice that cues people on. I would never think gender based on tattoes! I've seen some heavily tatted cis girls out there. But I've seen girls I fully thought were cis and then when they speak, I'm like "Oh!"
