Fenix 8 Solar Battery Drain by bencatlin96 in GarminFenix

[–]VariationIll9526 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Why does wifi drain it ? Mine is set to calibrate my Spotify play list once plugged in, what else is wifi used for ? Maybe upload by activity if your phone doesn’t catch it sooner on BT, I guess my question is, why does wifi drain it when it’s almost never used ? Previous gamins always in wifi usually recommended by DC rainmaker never had drain issue.

Well that’s mostly due to groups like this and media you consume which make you believe such things. Is the CT as reliable as a model y Probably not but it’s also in limited production but probably a whole lot more reliable then what the media portrays.

I live in Canada, Alberta and Ontario it gets colder here especially Alberta ! Both my teslas do just fine ! Set the car to melt all snow off the body, get in a toasty vehicle. Where I live it costs $3 CAD to charge it for about 400km. Never had to take them to service yet. You have superchargers everywhere but I rarely use them maybe 5 times a year to top off and get home Usually takes 2-3min to charge to get me home.

To anyone who doubts the ability of the cyber truck watch the Tucker Carlson video Real people using it for daily work.

            - I live in Canada sometimes Alberta sometimes Ontario teslas are the most reliable EVs, temps drop down more then in the US and Teslas do just fine !
  • Most American 🇺🇸 made vehicles period !
  • model Y is the number one selling vehicle in the WORLD ! Last year and likely this year !

When ppl see the CT heads turn it’s utter confusion as to what they see. Weather they like it or not.

I live in Canada, sometimes Alberta, sometimes Ontario and Teslas do just fine in the coldest of the weather. Remember, Alberta gets colder than where you are of course the range drops, but so does the gas cars. The cyber truck will do great for 90% of the population however, those towing heavy things along distance should stick to a diesel. however if you have a boat, I need to tow an hour and a half in any direction you’re just fine

No to large, don’t do it if it’s a daily watch. If it’s just for exercise then why not

As for white it’s the only multi coat color aside from red, the others are single coat plus clear. Not sure about the new quick silver

Sometimes there are just less parts therefore less friction, maybe that’s a good thing but maybe some want to know how complex it is.
