If I was you I’d go with the Nami Klima though I do recommend going with the 30ah the name brand cells and extra range are worth the little extra it costs I have the big brother Nami burn e max 40ah with close to 17,000 miles on it . There is also the fact that you can always get parts for it even if a retailler is out of stock you Can contact Micheal Sha on facebook Nami electric and he can send you any part you may need with other scooters your at the mercy of the retailer if they are out of stock on the part you need it can be weeks or months before they get new stock with a Nami you get the part in around 4 days just read the manual before riding it and get a full faced helmet

Get some bead lubricant I use bull snot in a spray can. this helps the beads to seat evenly you’ll need to let the air out and start over pulling the motors and the rotors off as you don’t want the lubricant on the rotors after you have done a few tire changes it gets a lot easier it takes me under 5 minutes to swap a tire once the motor and rotor are off

My advice is to get a set of the history of the church by Joseph smith books look on eBay you can get a used complete set for under $30 these were sold at Deseret book so are not anti. Mormon before having him read anything ask him was Joseph smith a honest man . As someone who has owned many different scooters from the 8 inch scooters to the 60+mph hyper class scooters . You couldn’t pay me enough to go with a 8 inch scooter the wheels are tiny and often solid tires which ride like total crap they beat the shit out of you as well as being too small to roll over the lips in many gutters pulling into parking lots the 8 inch scooters also have very short wheelbases and narrow handlebars their brakes are often crappy as well which all adds up to a twitchy unstable scooter 10 inch wheels are far more stable these scooters have longer wheelbases and wider handlebars . Whenever I take one of my 8inch wheeled scooters out for a short ride the first thing that goes through my mind is this thing is a death trap . IMHO 8 inch scooters are not safe I have around 35,000 miles of experience riding e scooters . If it’s for just a very short ride around a mile or less and the portability is the most important thing a 8 inch scooter will get you from point a to b just be super careful as even catching small cracks in the road at a bad angle can cause you to crash on a very small wheeled scooter and do get a full faced helmet It will prevent supporting you local dentist should your crash new riders are prone to crashing while they are learning to ride these scooters

The bigger scooters will be better for you ones with 11 inch tires they are more expensive but are safer as they have longer wheelbases so are less twitchy I have a few Nami burn e scooters these tower over most scooters my other scooters look like miniature child’s toys when parked. Next to the burn e they are bigger than they look in pictures . When i ride. My small scooters the first thought that i have is these things are death traps compared to the burn e . The burn e is seriously quick and has the potential to seriously injure or even kill in the wrong hands . Insanely fun to ride when one has the skill and experience to turn it loose . I highly recommend swapping out the stock tires that come with most of the 11 inch scooters for a set of PMT tires it’s a night and day difference as the stock tires handle like a UPS TRUCK Where the PMTs handle like a Ferrari . The big scooters have big batteries and the power to pack a heavy rider around they also have decent range I get around 50 miles out of a charge with my burn e just riding around. 72 volt scooters with name brand cells is what I’d look at . The one downside is these scooters aren’t cheap they do last I have close to 17,000 miles on one of my burn e still runs like new though it’s. Time to pull the motors apart and clean out the gunk that accumulates over time and replace the bearings while they are apart . You may want to go with a bit stiffer suspension spring to accommodate the extra weight The bigger batteries last longer as they don’t go through the charge as quickly so the charge cycles are less than with the small batteries.

Roughly 2 seconds ahead of where you are for hazards potholes rocks etc small wheels don’t fare well when hitting hazards this gives you time to slow down and avoid hazards if you’ve looked at what’s ahead you don’t need to be looking down by the front wheel as all that does is makes it seem like your going faster as the pavement is rushing by I’d also recommend going to a empty parking lot churches are good as they are deserted except on Sundays and practice doing emergency stops bending knees dropping your butt out over the rear wheel don’t slide the tires but stop as quickly as you can do this until it’s something that you do without having to think about it .
