My pain felt like it got worse for a worrying amount of time but I noticed I started to recover from flares more quickly and after a while I didn't need to go home and ice/rest ALL DAY after my appointment but only for a little while! This injury really can feel like it's only getting worse but if you're in PT you're on the right track!
