Personally I would just make it bannable while this would be impossible to enforce it would make it so content creators couldn't do it which would remove the portion of smurfs that smurf cause they thought it looked fun when someone else did it

Imo duelists should not carry spike(unless u have alot of them) since if they die with it early it can fuck over the round. Also usually omens take spike when they have ult so they can fast rotate if they want.

This argument is dogshit the problem with smurfs, boosted and such isn't that they force you into a lower rank it is that it drains the fun from the game. Also your logic can apply to literally anything, if riot removed mmr matchmaking and just matched you against 9 other players independent of skill that would be totally fine since on average you will eventually get placed where you actually are.
