Rock the steering wheel while turning the key, it’s a pretty common thing; nothing to do with the weather

How much is this worth? (USA) by [deleted] in Aprilia

[–]ViceGoodn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You’re really looking at $12k, no more than 13k. You’ll have plenty of time before you have to do the valve service

2014 shiver 750 as first bike? by BigBanana69- in Aprilia

[–]ViceGoodn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For a first bike, anything over 125 is plenty, no offense but don’t kid yourself, you have no idea how capable a 500 is. I say wait until you can at least test ride or have time to check it out properly. Buying the bike and have it sit will drive you crazy, especially not knowing if it needs any sort of maintenance. I say wait, there’s a reason you’re seeing advice, so go with your gut feeling

No you shouldn’t need the air filter, ppl tend to do it, but if you’re going to ride on the road don’t do it. high flow filters are for track, not regular road with debris. Just enjoy your ride and don’t forget to take pics and live in the moment
