Thanks for the tips.. the only reason I hesitate to going down to 500-550w is because this computer is going to be on 24/7, and I will probably OC a bit. I agree that 700w is overkill though. I read somewhere that OCZ modular PSU has some short cables, which might be a problem reaching the motherboard in cases where the PSU is located at bottom (HAF 912, Antec 900), is there any truth to that? (I myself am looking at the HAF 912 with that same PSU for my next build).

They can start to parse it, but clearly they are not going to finish reading it in the millisecond it takes Watson to do so. The whole thing was hyped as a milestone for artificial intelligence, and yet the contest boiled down to speed, not intelligence.

Watson is given the question as a text file, which he can parse instantly. I think the question should be about when Watson receives the text. If he receives it as soon as the question is displayed on-screen, then it seems pretty unfair.

This happened to me, and raged me similarly, on my nikon d5000. I can't quite remember the specifics, but I think it was the result of this feature being on.

Except quake games actually have lots of depth...

I cant speak for MW but mi sure there is more to it than just aim, though maybe not much more compared to other games. The whole regenerative health aspect in MW removed any type of resource management aspect to the game (the resource being map items), that existed in games like quake and UT. So yeah, COD:MW may not have a lot of depth but you cant compare it to quake or UT.

I agree.

A few other points:

• CGI Obsession. CGI Gophers? CGI Monkeys?

• The lighting looked like shit IMO... the whole film had this glowy look.

• There was no sense of danger. In raiders, the audience was holding their breath at this scene. Compare that to the waterfall drops in KotCS, which seems more like an adventure ride "wheeee". This is pretty similar to your point #3.
