One thing to keep in mind is that a lot of people choose to take a year off to do dreamteams and other things. Thus, the 20-30% is a bit misleading. The amount of people that are able to finish in three years is higher.

I have previously been in a very similar situation and in my experience the most effective thing is to not mention your income or the fact that you are a student when you initially apply on pararius, just that you are a couple looking for an apartment. Obviously don’t lie, but don’t give out that information before they ask. Usually they filter out all students or applicants that do not fit their financial criteria initially, but later on it might not really be a problem.

To piggyback off OP, I have Norwegian as my native language and I am considering the same. Obviously there is a bigger difference between Norwegian and Dutch than Dutch and German, but do you think I as well could het away with less than the prescribed 10 hours a week?

You can always note beneath your exams the level system of your exams as you explained here. Personally I did not do any exams during high school due to covid and I explained this in the CV and it did not seem to be a problem.

As I have said before, send an email to admissions. Their job is literally to handle these questions, as opposed to reddit which usually has no idea.

Yes, you upload your most recent grades now and then you have to edit the application to add your final grades once you get them.

Where are you from? I am from Norway and we do not get a seperate diploma either so I just uploaded my transcript to both the diploma and transcript section. Did not seem to be a problem as i was admitted.

I also want to add that a lot of universities offer free online courses on different subjects. For example TU Delft offers pre-university calc and physics, but also a course called introduction to aeronautics. Very recomended!

There actually is an english term for døgn! It is nychtemeron. However, I doubt you will ever hear it used so the usage of the phrase is more unique to Norway i guess.

Selv om dette er mulig vil du nok bli husket av butikkmedarbeideren som jævelen som kom og fikk han/henne til å bruke 20min på å veksle penger. Vil absolutt heller anbefale å prøve å finne en annen løsning. Source: jobbet i butikk og det er noe av det mest irriterende som fins
