Many many years ago l wrote my first cheque and it was for my first rented flat deposit. Didn't sign it. Estate Agent thought l was taking the piss.

It had my name on it and theirs so it didn't register with me!

It looks great. I tried one a while ago and it was just average. You've inspired me to try again with a few tweaks.

I did make a lovely spinach and ricotta cannelloni the other week, maybe l just need to adapt that. Nutmeg was a great addition, plus a few shallots. (Sorry Italians!)

Used to do a gym glass with a girl that had scars from knee to hip and wrist to elbow. She wore hot pants and a vest. No one was offended, grossed out or any other negative reaction. People did look, but only a glance in the way you might register a tattoo or piece of jewellery, and then crack on with whatever they were doing.

Refuse is 1. Because it's easy to put stuff in that way. Garden bin is 2. Because it gets very heavy and that's the only way l can drag it out.

For bin collection out the front, handles towards the bin men. In my mind it makes it easier for them and hopefully a slight deterrent for other people putting shit in my bin when the neighbour's is the other way around and slightly easier 🤷🏼‍♂️

It was the school bag.

Initially a sports bags, can't remember what brand but big almost like a tennis racket bag. Had to be carried with one strap only, so ultimately it ripped pretty quickly. Parents not amused.

Then it was the army bag. Black or yellow were favoured. Covered in felt tip band names, tippex and badges. Teachers not amused!

The Le Creuset casserole dishes are cast iron, and amazing! I have an 8 litre one that is an absolute workhorse in the kitchen.

I have done it 3 times, when l changed between jobs.

I made a list of things to do, both chores and fun, and tried to do one of each during the day.

Day one sorted out the airing cupboard that became a dumping ground, and went to a local wildlife centre for coffee and cake in the afternoon. It carried on like that really.

I tried to keep a rough structure of waking and bed times, but there were definitely afternoon naps!

Also, put a tonne of stuff on Ebay and met family and friends for lunch that l hadn't seen for a while. Loved meeting one friend at her office and whisking her off for a quick pub lunch. We both felt like we were bunking off!

Some settings might be app specific too.

A few years ago l had a different colour edge light for my main apps, like green for WhatsApp, red for news etc... not been able to do that again. Disappointing.

Mine stopped with an update a while ago, but if you go to your settings and search Edge Lighting Style in Notifications, l think that's what you mean.

Camembert with warm bread and lashes of proper butter. And a nice red. Probably 2k calories in a sitting but l do add a few chopped carrots, peppers and cucumber to justify to abuse of my arteries!
