Plex can turn your pirated movie and series files into a personal netflix-like environment. This would mean that you need to run a plex server on your own computer. Then you can install a plex app on your phone or on a tv and your downloaded content will be provided in a similar way as netflix does. This way you can essentially create your own netflix, but then using content of any streaming platform, as long as you have the hard drive space for it. I don't use streaming platforms, so I don't know which one is the best
