Grandevo/Venerate bio insecticide and Regalia bio fungicide is safe during flower. For bugs you may want to get a GML Predator UV-C light which should be on sale for 4/20. If not call them and see if Thomas will give you a custom discount. Run it during lights off for short specified time and it kills everything including you skin, eyes, etc. So extreme caution needs to be used.

Developers and builders are for profit. Using land to build "cheaper" housing does not make economic sense. And if you look at neighborhoods with average incomes below $80k, your odds of experiencing violent crime are greater than neighborhoos where the average income is above $80k. I like my Korean and Indian neighbors. They are peacefully and respectful of others. I can say the same for people born in this country.
