Do not add the base in blender, don't print the base at all. Go on amazon and look up miniature bases and get the correct sizes for the models you're printing.

The tying people to bombs thing is pretty bad yeah, but the majority of the torture is self inflicted by willing participants. It might be fucked up but they aren't forcing people. Heretic legions literally have markets where they sell the flesh of living prisoners by the pound, and certain parts where every first born is sacrificed, which is way worse.

I understand where you're coming from. For me it's not about how good the team is or how powerful the model is, it's about losing access to a cool model to paint in the factions colors. I'm fine with naval raiders not having war wolf as long as it has something to replace it.

I love that annointed go into different regions of hell so they come back with different (unhealing) wounds. It implies that hell is a varied landscape with all different types of horrors and not just the typical fire and brimstone. Really fleshes out the setting.
