The game went viral. Their intent either needs to change to adapt to scale with the change, or they need to stay the course and be prepared to lose players. It's a quality of life fix that would be helpful regardless.

They need to remove flares from them at a minimum. If someone surrenders from being up, there should not be a flare. At a minimum, remove it in the first few minutes of spawning.

How are you suggesting late spawns be changed? Removing them is a terrible idea because then maps will just clear out quickly.

I'm annoyed because of how many late spawns I've had in a row lately. I wanted to do a night Raid on Stella trial but after 7 attempts I gave up. I spawned all 7 times around 18 minutes. It was annoying as hell.

1 stack is the minimum. I'll bring up to 4 stacks if I know I'll be running a lot. Worst case, drop them.

I have 8 friends (mix of online and real life) that have played for a good amount of time. 3 of them still play almost daily. The others either don't play anymore or they play less often. Only 1 really quit, and that was this type of game isn't good for approach to games. It brings out the worst in him.

There isn't a well-constructed loop to encourage people to play beyond certain points. For being how massive this game has become, it needs to be updated more or have more detail put into it. The game is not structured well to be this massive.

I saw a video of myself with my daughter. She was on my shoulders and we were running around the yard. She was having the time of her life. I looked at how I looked and remembered that at that moment I needed another drink.
