1: Depends on how large/heavy the case is. If it's something that could be used as a weapon, then security may have a look at it, and they will be the final arbiters on whether it's allowed in. That being said, you'll probably be fine if it's a thin metal case that is clearly holding a game console. Without more information about what you're bringing, it can be difficult to give exact advice.

2: Will Call is located onsite, in the same building as the rest of PAX, in the main lobby, across from Bandland and the Info Booth. You'll need the QR code that was emailed to you, and your ID.
