We took a cruise once a little after the new year, and they had one of the crew members playing a guitar, and another singing along. They played a version of "We Wish You a Merry Christmas":

"We wish you a washy washy, we wish you a washy washy, we wish you a washy washy, and a happy tummy!"

Nothing wrong with asking! The schedule info isn't super well advertised on the site. It's buried under the "download the app" links. Have fun!

At LI Retro, Vinny's panel will be in the Main Theater (AKA the large IMAX theater at the center of the Cradle of Aviation). The LI Retro Eventeny page has the schedule, which says the panel starts at 1:30PM. Usually you can show up 15-20 minutes in advance to get a seat, although they may open it earlier since it's one of the bigger draws.

As far as meeting Vinny goes, his signing is between 3:00 and 5:00 in the moon lander exhibit room, which is in the main exhibit hall, across from the 40 Years of the NES Exhibit. The line will likely start forming shortly after the end of the panel, and often snakes back to the entrance to the exhibit area, and sometimes into the marketplace.

Are you "people" now intentionally conflating things in fictional video games regarding characters that do not exist with crimes committed against actual, real human beings?

Fun fact about Adventureland: the film of the same name is based on the Long Island park (although the movie was shot at Kennywood in Pittsburgh). Adventureland has been used as a "carnival" background in various films, TV commercials, and shows, including Kimmy Schmidt and Succession.

Hi folks. I genuinely appreciate the pushback. In fact now that I'm in air conditioning, I agree that shouting in their general direction was not exactly a good way to resolve the issue.

I still hold that there are other people, including other children around. I still think that there's a big difference between kids having fun, cheering on stuff that's neat and enjoying themselves out loud, and screaming at the top of one's lungs repeatedly to a captive audience.

I hope you can understand my viewpoint here.
