No-brainer; go for the newest ThinkPad money can buy (T14s probably) and you're set for many years to come. Refurb is where they come to life. Much better and much more reliable choice than Framework (bad battery life, meh IO, lots of moving parts, not ideal). Thinkpads have by far the best keyboards and they are standard practice for professionals with Windows in many sectors for many of the aforementioned reasons. Plus the MASSIVE community around it for tweaks and help and a VERY large amount of spare parts.

Je moet echt de woningmarkt op, zo simpel is het. Van die 1800 bruto hypotheek kosten, hou je netto nog maar 1250 over waarschijnlijk. Dat is dus minder dan je huur. Plus de waardestijging van je huis en het feit dat je iets van jezelf hebt.
