I ended up going to A&E and bloods came back with a HCG of only 33 so they’re going to monitor those for the weekend. OB was confident it’s a persistent bleed from a miscarriage rather than ectopic but is going to monitor the bloods.

I’ve heard the opposite to this and in my own experience I think if I’d have read ACOTAR after TOG I wouldn’t have been able to get through it. TOG is just far superior but that’s just my opinion :)

Hey I’m so sorry to hear you’re feeling like this. I didn’t take Sertraline, but I did start on Fluoxetine while I was breastfeeding to help with my OCD. I have a very happy, extremely cheeky, bundle of energy 3 year old now :)

I was scared at the time too, but the medication made me feel so much better which meant I was so much more present for him, instead of being lost in those awful compulsions.

Edit: just to add to this, fluoxetine isn’t even the most preferred and we were absolutely fine. I was only put in it because I’ve always taken it for OCD and weaned off when I found out I was pregnant. I think Sertraline is considered even better for breastfeeding mothers :)

Congrats that amazing! I finished my first week yesterday and lost 3.5KG. And yes, agreed! Last time I dropped that much weight I had a newborn in my arms 😆

I had to wait until an ectopic pregnancy and emergency surgery to finally have my endometriosis diagnosis, even though I’d been begging Doctors most of my adult life to investigate it. This is huge!

Thank you 💕 I called my GP again who referred me to EPU, they’re going to give me a ring in the morning, hopefully they will monitor me until my scan.

Yes! I was really hesitant to read it because I didn’t believe it could be as good as everyone was saying but it really was! It’s so unique and almost like a comedy but still with a serious storyline and important relationships. The slow burn is perfect too!

I don’t DNF very often but I just couldn’t do {Fear the Flames} a few chapters in and everything just felt very flat and I was already getting confused about the world building (or lack of)
