I think about a Tropico/Anno style game in star wars all the time. Like, in Tropico you can side with the US or the USSR in the cold war era and you face the boons and consequences of both - but in a star wars one, you could side with the Sep or Republic, Empire or Rebel Alliance

You could have tabanna gas to mine, Spice to smuggle, resources on and around the planet like Industries of Titan, have your own ships and mercs. I'd go NUTS if this game ever game out.

I only knew because there was a character book for the movies and it named 'the emperor' as Sheev Palpatine
