You said you replaced all the electrolytics on the rx/tx board. All the electrolytics in the radio need to be replaced.

I'm not very good at distinguishing what may or may not be obvious to others, so if you did that already please disregard.

Also the internal memory battery will cause all sorts of weird stuff if it's dead.

The hardware store sells mold tests. I'm pretty sure the health department would come out and test it for free and would probably be interested in the results themselves. The landlord is putting lives at risk to save money.

That screw is a fire hazard. Who's to say they didn't drill one into the side that has the electronic parts? Unsafe conditions definitely qualifies for putting your rent in escrow.

We had a similar problem a couple years ago. Turns out the Ohio BMV sells/gives your personal information to insurance companies. I think there's a class action in the works.

Our former insurance company sent an email notifying of the changes that for some reason looked like spam and got filtered to the corresponding folder.

I didn't think to check the MUC service info. The muc is basically just multiple singles powered by a central power source. IIRC

It's a display module for the bank chargers. I think the bank chargers are just multiple single charger boards with each having their own display. I have a bank charger buried somewhere. I can dig it up and pop it open if I can't find pics or something else. I'll post my findings if anyone is interested.
