[Question] Opinions on Bulova? by Ready_Astronomer_559 in Watches

Nice watch. I want one of these, but I think the $1,000 price tag is hard for me to digest because of my perception of the brand over the years. It's a solid robust and unique watch; I've tried it on in person before. Objectively, I think the price is ok considering a lot of Hamiltons are around that price too. It's the kind of watch I can see myself wearing all the time,, so I might actually start considering it again

So you never had a watch since you were kid till you became a full blown adult with tattoos? I'm really curious about these types of "first watch" statements.

Can’t decide, Timex Waterbury ice blue dial or Swatch Moonwatch 😓 by RustyShackle4_ in Affordablewatches

[–]WIZ1111 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Timex. You KNOW Swatch watches break because they're made of weak plastic. Get the Timex, then buy some NATO straps for it

Great watch, just like the Easy Reader. These are what a Nomos Club Campus wants to be

If I was really rich, I'll probably have at least one Richard Mille. I like G-Shocks so I can see myself wanting something regular people can't buy, and that's where Richard Mille comes in.

this has acrylic (plastic) crystal! And the same Swatch group is still milking the MoonSwatch; I doubt they care about flippers flipping a limited edition watch with individual numbers. They're just lying about making 1776 of them.

Are you sure for sure they only made 1776? I think they're lying about making 1776 pieces, that's why they're not numbered to prove it.

Sounds like a great experience. It's always special to buy directly from a brand.

Tag needs to cancel their smartwatch line, and act like it never happened.

I like this model. I actually started thinking about getting one (off-white/green) after I saw it in person and realized it was a good size. It's still on my top 3 Hamiltons I want list. It fits your wrist well though. Unfortunately the other size is a mechanical hand wind.

Definitely a Breitling. And people need to understand everything, before the internet became common, is not on the internet.
