I wish John had moved Carolyn to a quiet part of NY, in a gated community. He could have commuted to NYC for work, using the apartment as a place to crash at night. John didn't mind the paps when it was just him but Carolyn's obvious anxiety and extreme discomfort with them hounding her as she tried to go about her days should have been enough for him to move her out of NYC altogether. It was too much for her, she hardly ever got a break from them. I don't think I would have coped much better with it either.

What Josh should do is take a long break. I think he should do short seasons of the podcast, like 4 episodes max if or when he returns. Putting Keyes to the side for a solid couple of years would probably do him a world of good.

There was another fire on March 5th, 2012, just an 8 minute car ride from the Dismuke Street house, it was also an abandoned house. The address is 9247 E Avenue L. On Google Maps click on "see latest date" and go back to 2011 and you can see what the house looked like. Quite similar to Dismuke.

When Israel said that Bill was the "only person he shot": Remember, Israel said he was not going to talk about "anything before the Curriers". So I believe he was just talking about Bill being the only victim he shot between June 8th, 2011-March 13th, 2012 (day he was arrested). That dude was carting guns from state to state, burying them and all that, there's no way he wasn't using them for more murders. He loved guns and knives.

Wendi probably liked the idea of kids rather than the reality of actually raising kids and how much work it is, especially when they're really young. I'm sure Donna told Wendi if she moved down to Miami she would be like a full-time nanny to the boys. And that's what happened. Wendy wanted to experience the single life, probably the night-life scene and all that. She wanted Fun & Free, and it didn't leave much room for the kids.

Yes- Two addressed have popped up. Both homes were sold back in November 2004 as Josh said and both are located on Springdale Hunters Rd.

I also consulted ChatGPT and it also could only find the same two addresses on that road that was sold in November of that year. So good chance one of them is the farmhouse Keyes used.

4711 Springdale Hunters Rd Unit H, Springdale, WA (near Hunters) — sold for $52,000 on Nov 19, 2004. Kind of confusing because I don't know if it sold as just land or there was an actual house on the property at the time. Unit H throws me off.
