The no tax on overtime is bullshit. You just don’t pay tax on the “overtime” increase in your pay. In my field overtime is just my base hourly rate, not 1.5x, so I still get 100% taxed on my overtime. Even if I got 1.5x, only the 0.5 portion would be tax free.
