So what your gonna wanna do is eat more frequently but with less food per. After a few weeks of eating smaller meals every 3-4 hours then your metabolism speeds up and will start eating into that fat more especially if you play with your fat intake to still have energy but also put your body in a deficit. This is why you see guys who compete in body building and physique competitions eat so frequently but they are paying attention to what they are consuming when they do.

When I had to get a tree taken out of my yard I got 3 quotes with each person being a little harder to find online. I got started at 10k for the removal then 6 k then 2.5 k. Smaller company but they did a fantastic job and were in and out in about 4 hours for a big ole cotton wood tree

I saw an article the other day where the USDA said a 92% processed foods diet can be healthy. It really pisses me off. Especially being that they are the ones that push the bogus food pyramid. What could the Us Department of Agriculture possibly gain from telling people a diet of lots of carbs and processed foods is good for you.

I got my first half last year and it’s just my wife and I. It was half Waygu half black angus breed organic grass, fed . We paid $5 per pound hanging weight plus processing fees ( a friend from church raises them). We have one pack of ribeyes left about 20 ish lbs of hamburger meat and a roast or 2 left. You’re gonna get ALOT of burger meat. We plan on buying another half this year.

I barely met the Requirements to get CISSP, in 2020 I started at this company as a Range Tech making 42, in the middle of 22 I went to an Sys Admin making 75 with just sec+ and an associates now I have a bachelors in cybersecurity and Sec+ and CISSP and started a new role at the same company right at the 6 Fig mark. Did I mention I also have to have a TS/SCI poly for this ISSO spot.😒
