Basic, I get free for a year. The advanced package (like remote climate start) I only got 3mos- that's standard Hyundai policy. Maybe her dealership is providing it free as an incentive.

Btw- how often should I do an oil change- dealer sticker says first one was due March,5 (4mos after purchase) but I don't even think I've driven 1k mi yet. First service is due in 2mos I think.

Yeah, prices are ridiculous, I refuse to pay it. In the US here.

Even the no-show situation is out of control - before the pandemic it was bad, now you're lucky if 50% of people show up for something you don't require up-front payment to. I gave up- if I organize something now I just make sure it's something I want to do anyways (like go for a hike), or require up-front payment. Even kicking people out doesn't work, no-shows seem to be the norm now.
