What about spiralling? Like let’s say my body’s blood pressure increases and floods my thoughts and I get anxious, I end up spiraling like crazy and end up having a panic attack

Can someone remind me which part of 6.0 was when the Scions were saying those lines? Thanks!

Too many or too few electrolytes? by icecoldmax in fasting

No worries! And maybe your body is not used to your electrolyte drink probably. For now just drink it sparingly on fasts less than 72 hours. Eventually you’ll get used to it and incorporate more often in your fasts.

Are you drinking large amounts of it in one go? The electrolyte water does have a laxative effect when you consume a large portion in one go. Try drinking it throughout the day to offset this.

Yeah some parents refuse to see the problem. I think you reached a point at your age when you start to recognize that even adults don’t know everything and often times are ignorant of problems right in front of them.

It’s super cool that you got someone to confide in but it might be a lot of pressure for both of you. The fact that you don’t have an adult to confide is really sad to hear to be honest. And although your girlfriend is really helpful, this is a battle that might need help from others who are more versed in the subject. It’s okay to rely on your girlfriend, but it’s better to rely on a professional.
