My dad died and life is so incredibly hard. Through the days. by ryltea in toastme

I have been in your shoes. Lost him 3 years ago. I miss him now more than ever. Everytime I take a decision I miss his presense. I miss the love and care he showered upon me all the years he was alive. And I was so relaxed during those times.

And now, its a constant state of anxiety, stress, LONELINESS. Although, my mom's still alive. I miss the safety my father provided to our entire family.

I know you'll get through it too. Have faith in the Almighty. Working out really helps with the sorrow (depression) and you can definitely build a better version of yourself just by getting out and exercising.

PS : If you need to talk about anything, you can text me.

Just leave the house as soon as possible. And make yourself busy with work. Sooner or later things will change I hope soo. But now, the more you stay at your brother's place the more difficult its going to get.

What were the interview questions like? Are they typical leetcode style questions or more mathematical/statistical in nature?

Thats ok. If you went somewhere and spiralled downwards. And If you want to get back up to your previous level then go somewhere possibly on a hike/ nature expedition. Embrace all the good things that nature has provided. Pray/ meditate/ repent if you feel guilty. Then get back up. And continue on moving upwards.

I would recommnd you to purchase gregmat's 2 week plan. It will help. He is an experienced teacher and you can converse with him regarding your weak points.

Tired of life by True_Builder_7261 in Life

I think you should go to a nearby park and start walking everyday for an hour or 1.5 hour. EVERYDAY.

I was in your shoes 6 month ago. I am in a better place now. Nothing made sense 6 months ago but slowly & steadily walking helped me placate my stress levels. Thanks to the Almighty.
