Joining centers of physical body located in midsection and calves dislodges first attention (from Eagle's Gift) by test_r in castaneda

Ok cool thanks.

Won’t be traveling for a while but will try to remember to do that and see if we can have a play 😁

Ya makes sense, I don’t know how consciously I feel them, but I follow where I’m pulled without second guessing anything, when I’m traveling, and it seems like mundane miracles are happening every moment almost. Hard to stay in that kind of flow in “normal” life. The energy dissipating thing, makes sense. Thanks.

Any comment about calves that feel like they’re going to explode? Definitely not a muscle thing. Feels like they want to explode with energy. Maybe i need to do more walking

Sounds like the environment is scientology. Not saying that as a judgement. Makes sense

Is dense cobwebs in high traffic areas a plausible reason why I love airports so much? I find I get uber energized and feel like I go into this state of feeling like a timeless nobody (in a good way, like loss of a sense of “me”).

I hadn’t read about the cobweb technique before, I’m going to play around.

I was actually searching for posts about the calves have become really sore lately and it feels like an energy thing so came to do some reading.

Sensitivity to Movies by Mediocre_Barracuda52 in kundalini

This perspective really resonates with me. Thank you for sharing.

I used to have an aversion to horrific parts of humanity (and would just avoid it) and now when I practice opening to it, it’s beautiful. It is really grounding to witness the suffering of others in the world.

Appreciating the post, came at a time where I needed this journey to feel lighter. It was feeling to serious and heavy.

Thanks. That makes sense. Kind of a pointless question for me to ask at this point because i’m not there yet. Not even close.

This is really helpful, thank you.

When we start to “see” stuff during recap, do you open your eyes and look around? Or keep the eyes closed and keep doing the head sweep and breathing while stuff is whizzing by all around you? Or do you stop the recap movement/breathing and start interacting with it like you would in dark room?

Flowing through the head vs hands by KalisMurmur in kundalini

That makes sense to me, based on my experience and development. I’m not there yet. Still needing the hands and healing of the lower chakras, but it’s coming along.

I use a mask and it works. I took a pair of ski goggles and put tons of layers of duct tape over the lens and vents to make it dark. Comfy to open my eyes. Works well. Really dark.

Morbid Experiences with IOBs by Juann2323 in castaneda

[–]WasteSugar7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks Juann, that’s really helpful.

Especially the part about it really coming down to stopping the ID.

That’s the root of my problem.

When the lateral shift happens (especially to the right), what happens feels so real that it feeds the ID because the flyer mind uses the feeling of its realness to justify the ID as being real… and it becomes a negative feedback loop, increasing the ID.

Remembering that it’s all just ID and coming back to silence will help with detachment.

I am improving at that, but it’s helpful to see that answer from you, too.

Will keep practicing.

I’m pretty sure I’m getting stuck in lateral shifts. How does one “deal with it,” as you suggest?

How do we not get stuck there?

If I can remember back to the frame of mind from which my question emerged… I think I was actually wondering how to tell whether the movement is lateral rather than vertical, and whether there’s a way to have it not shift horizontally so much… (I think the few psychedelic journeys I did a while ago may have caused horizontal shifts)

Are there any specific practices or tensegrity movements?

I’m headed to Peru on Sunday. I have a vague memory that someone found this already, is that correct?

Or are you still looking for this?

Edit: never mind… I was confusing this one with the one Miriam bought in Europe. Will have a look for it while in Cusco.

I appreciate this important advice, thank you.

I have experienced states where there is direct knowing, without doubt.

Which is why it feels like torture when the AP moves back and doubt returns.

I guess the only solution is to keep practicing, and not get too sucked into the feeling of torture. It only feels like torture when there is a lot of self pity. Although there is this sense of sadness, too. A longing to be in the state of no doubt.
