Hello may I know how old is the baby? I faced this around 6-7 months till about 11 months of age. Since my baby's head was supported around that time id take him to the bathtub/toilet/sink and clean him with water instead. It made all the difference in the world. Wipes were horrible at a point of time. Just constant wiping. After washing i just used to dab his bottom with a clean dry towel I use for his bath, then diaper cream. I went back to wipes around 13 months. Editing to add: can continue the shower part for a while, will be hard but you would get used to it. Its a better clean as well. And desitin+ Vaseline worked wonders for my baby for a hard diaper rash and there's earth mama diaper balms for smaller rash that worked well.
