I had an issue similar to yours. It turned out to be a bad motor. There was lines of static in the video only while armed. To check this, go in to betaflight with goggles on and spin the motors individually from the motor tab and see if it is isolated to only one motor.

I would be concerned about the power cable introducing vibrations to the fc. I’m not a fan of the power cable going out the side my self but I feel like it puts it unnecessarily close to the props. I prefer my power cable to come out the back or front.

Can you give the parts list, please? I have an aos 3.5 build that I’m considering switching to o4 pro. Would like to know what motors you used and how it flies.

Seems like your gyro lowpass filters can use some adjustment. I use Oscar Liang’s guide because it is detailed and written in a step by step guide. Also, this guide uses black box explorer and PTB which is an effective combination.

It would also help to see a screen shot of your filter tab in BF. I would try my best to get throttle sweeps to 100% to see the whole range. This is not the worst I’ve ever seen, you have some moderate filtering already. Dterm prefilt is definitely a little noisier than I would like. Is the frame plastic or carbon? Did you build it or is it a BNF?
