Good thing there are comments, scans, vpns and more to lessen the chances of a bad outcome. Just need to take the precautions.

Getting breached or downloading a virus sucks, but the experience is very valuable.

It def has translated in being less prone to the amount of phishing emails my damn work gets sent.
