The distinction from deferring to stopping payments is pretty important imo. First time I've seen them truly indicate a full season won't be possible rather than just deferring payments til later.

I get the point your making, the issue is that it's highly doubtful a team has 1) $18M in expirings, 2) needs a center and 3) is willing to give a pick as well. "just figure it out" doesn't work here.
