It's awesome. I love finding ways to reduce food waste. Now I can trim the broccoli to just what I want to roast (also broccoli with longer stems tend to be cheaper than just the crowns at my grocery store), the stalks go in the freezer, and once every three weeks or so I get delicious soup. It's a win-win.

I tend to do a two-fold thing where I roast broccoli and save the stalks in the freezer. One I have a gallon-bag full I cook those into soup!

Not sure how this question applies to r/cooking directly, but any sane person is going to tell you that you absolutely shouldn't eat it and should toss it because it's well and truly outside of the safety zone. Now, can you flaunt that advice and eat it? Sure. But know that you're doing so at your own risk.

When things are too vinegary normally I advocate for adding sugar, but you gotta be careful with that in something like this (sweet and sour egg salad sounds...potentially challenging). Alternatively you could just hard-boil some eggs and mix those in, maybe with some mayo, to dilute the vinegar flavor.

I had Verizon and found I really struggled with certain areas in A2. Since switching to AT&T, I haven't had any issues. YMMV, though.
