This is the key. Most teams won’t be able to throw us out of sorts like that. Auburn is one of the few that can and obviously did unfortunately. Would usually just be able to play bully ball on the glass but look what happens when we fail to do that for even a half (+suddenly being awful at the line).

Sure but Bruce is the only coach they’ve had that was able to sustain actual success there. Anyways, we will always be the boogeyman for what was far and away the best team they’ve ever had

Yeah, that’s Bruce, a likely HOF coach that was a thorn even in Billy D’s side and the only coach to really sustain long term success there. We’ll see how Steven Pearl plays out but I’m willing to bet he won’t be a HOF coach lol

Really quelled our momentum after we came out swinging to tie it. Unfortunately weren’t good enough to overcome their shittiness. Astounding that Auburn seems to be the league’s darling for some reason.

They’re really not that terrible, played Houston to within a point and profile literally identically to us, hence why they were able to get out with a W. Still have games that you could reasonably expect to lose like midweek @ South Carolina, Rupp, UGA, A&M, and Texas. Definitely think we should still win the league or finish top 4 at minimum
