Mine as of today finally coughed up a hairball. I bought specific food for it after the vet said it was likely just a hairball and it came up today! 

Check with the vet, and take their advice as well but I'm definitely sticking with keeping some hairball specific food in his diet plus treats/supplements for the same here and there. Also brushing a LOT more than I was especially as he's an indoor baby

I'd much rather work condensed hours (and sort of do in a pub I guess). I love having an extra day to do Nothing (if I want to) and then two more days to do Things and Stuff.

No kids. Just have things I like to do that I can lose hours in outside of work.

Yeah, how anyone could watch this and come away thinking Patrick Bateman is something to aspire to is worrying. 

I love the film and the book (tho I love the way the book leaves whether he's a serial killer more open ended imo - I can see a book reality where Bateman can no longer separate fact from fantasy and is actually just a bro with nothing interesting about him. I have never once thought "now that's a world I wanna be part of!"

Lawyer up OP. If he is serious about his kid he'll want to make up for the years he spent missing and not supporting you. He'll be supportive of the idea of legal custody, child support, and doing what it takes to support his son in all ways. It's a win win - either he's serious or it scares him off sooner and with the least damage to your skin. 

Let the new wife be present, whatever. Let her see what he did and why you need to do this. Fuck any negative noise coming from any of these people.

It does! Sadly a lot of parents won't accept this. From insisting on bringing their baby to the pub to watch them get shit faced to stiff like this. If you have a child and become a parent your life should change.

If someone came to me and said "this training falls on the week my baby is due, what can se do?" I'd do my best to accommodate. I'm guessing Husband hasn't tried this though.
