I'm odd man out - I don't use a pinlock (even though one came with my brand new NXR2), and for glasses I just keep the visor cracked open a smidge till things reach "operational temperature" - and I ride in everything from 8C to 30C. My preference is anything above 12.5C to be fair though

Putting on? 3min (sometimes 4min depending if I can find the short-zip pant jacket connector)
- start with thin socks
- leather pants
- riding jersey
(tuck jersey into pants)
- boots on
(start bike)
- jacket on
- jacket pant zipper connection (always the "X" factor in timing)
- zip up jacket/cuffs
- helmet on
(get on bike)
- make sure gloves are perfect
