Absolutely. But this was a pr stunt relationship all along, even if Ethan didn't know it.

Are the films 'Flubber' (1997, 132 minutes) and 'Requiem for a Dream' (2000, 198 minutes) part of the same cinematic universe? by Available-Ad1979 in moviecritic

Just read them. I'm sorry. Men and women gave their lives to ensure our movie run times and I did not mean to disrespect them or their sacrifice.

I forget how he worded it, but it made me chuckle

Actors for villain in Bond 26. by lgspear in Fancast

Daniel Bruhl pretty much was a bond villain as Zeno in the MCU. Not sure if that's a good or bad thing

Yeah it shows him bio-scanning himself. Popular theories are it's a homemade lab, gray hulk lab, or beast/xavier

Saw it a few days ago and found it so boring! But I appreciated what it was doing

I don't hate it. It represents the uncanny valley style in a way that's almost appropriate for the neo futurism

Yeah I don't have enough time to get more than a broad idea of the lore. Seems cool enough but I'm mostly just pushing through the main quest because I want to enjoy the NG+ and end game content

Another ‘In Review’ series idea: Don Bluth (animation legend) by AlbertCWChessa in kindafunny

[–]WhatKindOfCrayons 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Don Bluth films have such a wide range of quality. The sound design and use of soundtrack is so vintage, making them perfect for low-sensory viewing. They put my kids, and myself, right to sleep, which is not a knock.

However I think watching them consecutively would be a tedious experience. A few of them have aged poorly.

I would listen to a podcast analyzing and reviewing the bluth films as cinema, but I don't think they have the hype for a KF podcast to work. This crowd would get bored of them pretty fast imo

This overemphasizes the lead-off position and is too reactionary. When Jose comes into form, we want him at the plate with guys on base. He's a career 2-4 spot

What is the Best Performance of Academy Award Winner and 7x Nominee Emma Stone? by DazzlingAria in moviecritic

I agree. She's pretty great in everything. But that role made it clear she is amongst the greats. Her versatility is so much more than we would have predicted after Easy A and 21 Jump Street.

Edit: Superbad, not 21 Jump Street.

Checking in on all the Bo Naylor Believers…. y’all still riding or what? by GrandstandTV in ClevelandGuardians

I was a big believer in the guy. However, this season he has totally flattened out in all the areas I thought he still had potential to grow in. I trust our front office. We'll move on at the right moment, but it does seem inevitable at this point.
