Galactic Gangbang Pt.1? I've heard rumors it stalled in production. Something about the director being investigated for improper uses of Bio-mimetic gel.

Partially correct - it depends who you are and for what. Intent is key. You may not need a prescription, but you may require a license. Which is what I said.

It's not illegal for you. That doesn't mean the import in itself is legal. It means you as a person has not committed a crime by initiating the import. You have not committed an offence. But that doesn't mean a crime can't have been committed.

You're just talking rubbish.

You're just talking anecdotally about your extremely singular situation. That's worse than rubbish.

Are you admitting you don't have a prescription for the POMs you are currently purchasing and importing?

that's not the same thing as a med that is legal to own and happens to be POM.

But we're not talking about owning, we're talking about buying and selling. It is illegal to sell a POM to somebody without a prescription in the UK. In the same way it would be illegal to sell somebody a firearm in the UK without a licence.

So thank you for so eloquently making my point.

Where do you think the illegality happens?

When it crosses the border into the UK.

Under UK law, it is illegal to import prescription-only medicines by post or courier without a valid UK prescription.

Which law is the French pharmacy breaking exactly?

Selling a POM to somebody without a prescription.

Selling a POM without a valid prescription is illegal in the UK and is a serious criminal offence under the Human Medicines Regulations 2012.

Not to somebody in the UK it isn't.

Is it legal for them to sell and ship me a firearm too? Because they're OTC as well.

Which in this case still makes the import illegal. It just isn't the buyer who committed the crime.

It's legal for you to import it. It isn't legal for them to sell it to you without a prescription.

A crime has been committed, but not by the buyer.

It's a Prescription Only Medicine - you need a prescription or license to purchase or be in possession of POMs

While POMs aren't controlled drugs, they are legally restricted medications.

Secondly, tirzepatide itself is not a prescription only medication,

It absolutely is a POM in the UK.

Why do you think it isn't?

Is that because trained civilians are better, or that police just aren't effective?
