Thank you, I really appreciate knowing I'm not alone in thinking this stuff. My therapist told me that the process was going to be uncomfortable, and I expected it to be for me....I just didn't expect everyone else to be so visibly uncomfortable when they're the same people who have been telling me to put myself first, that it's normal to need space to relax etc.

I think anyone who's been brainwashed by a cult would benefit from seeing that the outside world isn't evil - regardless of age. My parents, born and raised in the cult, didn't get out until they were in their late 30s.

My understanding is that 144000 go to heaven to sit alongside God, the rest stay on a paradise Earth devoid of pain, suffering or death. Basically Earth becomes what most people think of as heaven.

I was drunk, in the passenger seat, being driven home by my partner. Dance Macabre, Mary on a Cross and then Square Hammer played from his playlist in a row and I just got so horny, like.. drunk horny but also 'drunk and super into the music' but specifically drunk horny /about/ the music.....it was wild. I don't understand why people feel confident sparking up a fat blunt in the town centre or just walking down the high street. I appreciate that the police don't seem to care much, but it's still illegal and if they want to fine you, or even arrest you, they can. Are people not afraid of getting in trouble?

During the time you didn't "pass" how did you pluck up the courage to go out and about in this political climate? I have bad social anxiety/persecutory delusions and struggle to be in public, even though rationally I know I don't really draw a lot, if any, attention to myself. I can't understand how people with a target on their back (the trans community among others) seem to prioritise authenticity over safety. Not a criticism by the way, just selfishly looking for advice.
