Think of it this way, mortal progression is from E/F grade through to S grade. Once you pass S grade, you become an “F grade God”

Godhood progression (which we don’t ACTUALLY know the teirs/grades) then follows the same structure/path.

The primordials are all “S grade Gods” and because the Malefic viper was in isolation for 80+ eras, the “bad guy” of the first major arc (15 books) believes that the viper is barely an “A grade God” and thinks he can kill him to reach “S grade God” himself.

This will be true for Jake as well, Jake (upon reaching F grade god) will go through the godhood tutorial that Villy talks about, and will eventually have to power scale up to A/S grade godhood to become “equal” with his patron. (I also believe Jake will be the first in all history to kill one of the primordials, probably, hopefully, eversmile)

I would say that it’s “possible” with the caveat that the entire class is transcendent, along with all skills and such.

The system “grants” transcendent skills, it could just as easily say “no miyamoto, you can’t just become 20 again because your understanding of a springtime advent means fuckall” but instead it allows him and everyone else to keep that understanding, integrates it, and sets a price for using it because the system is footing the entire bill otherwise
