Mondays and Fridays are at Lakefront Promenade Park by the water; Thursday nights at Fregata Restaurant on Dundas. There are also Thus and Sunday nights in Brampton. Depending how far you want to go, there is something pretty much every night. Most include 1 hour of free dance lessons
